- Audemat-Aztec recruits new Technical Support Manager - At Audemat-Aztec, customer satisfaction is our main goal.
As our company expands in this industry we have the following opening in our Miami, FL, office for a Technical Support Manager
In this position, you’ll be in charge of providing technical support on our products by answering our customers' technical issues.
Responsibilities will include some installation and/or training nationwide and abroad (Americas), assisting in setting up the technical exhibit for local, national and foreign trade shows (Americas) and explaining the Audemat-Aztec product to customers.
The Technical support Manager must have an RF background and/or radio experience and good computer skills such as IP and HTML.
Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills are essential. Spanish is highly appreciated. A BSEE is preferred.
